They didn’t initially want to pull permits until my husband forced them to, and it’s a good thing we did. The inspectors found plumbing that would have led to major issues if not corrected. They even refused to coordinate the final inspection and skipped out before final payment. The patch work they did on our subfloor has since caused the floor tiles to wobble, crack and grout to come loose. We also forced them to repaint with a more water resistant paint as it started to bubble and peel, and continues to do so. We’ve also have a door frame molding that was installed crooked and other issues with cracked caulk.
