It’s rare in our world to find a company that delivers with such excellence, and yet remains down to earth, super genuine and approachable throughout the entire process. I’ve experienced first-hand how they navigate complicated and detailed aspects of building large-scale new homes and renovations; without a doubt they’re one of the best Builders I’ve ever worked with. > \- Urban Theory Design **★★★★★ — Lipsett Photography Group, Dec. 2019** > I have had the pleasure of working closely with Okanagan Dream Builders in photographing one of their award winning projects. Their eye for detail, the innovative ideas and design plus the top level quality was evident in every angle that we photographed. They are a pleasure to work with and the communication was always clear. **Comment from Okanagan Dream Builders Ltd.:** > Thanks you Andrew. It was so great working with you as well. It takes a very detailed eye to capture such a magnificent home such as this...especially with it being so open and the radius details throughout. Not your average home! **★★★★★ — Dale Lirette, Nov. 2018** > I have worked with Trent and Debra on several projects and I have always made sure I could fit their projects in because they truly are a well run ,organized company who goes out of their way not only to make the client happy but also to make sure all trades are up to date on scheduling no matter the circumstance .A truly awesome job site to roll up on ,on every job . > Keep up the great work guys!! > Integrity Painting > Dale Lirette **★★★★★ — User, March 2017** > We have worked with Trent and Debra on several projects over the last couple years. The house was completely taken apart and the outdoors given an extensive overhaul. The project lasted over 6 months and in that time the homeowners went on a 3 month vacation. The level of trust that was given to Trent and Debra was impressive as they were incorporating avante garde designs throughout the home. Green marble, turquoise tile, high gloss wood and stacked glass walls were pulled together to create an architectural masterpiece. What impressed me the most was the level of service they gave to their clients. When many homeowners are frustrated by the end of their project Trent and Debra came out with a lasting friendship! > Michelle Henseleit > The Well Dressed Window **★★★★★ — Digital Dean Photography, Sept. 2013** > As a commercial photographer who's shot hundreds of homes for many clients over the years, I always notice the strong relationship that Trent and Deb seem to have with their home owners. They are very detailed and the jobs are always immaculate. It's like they treat their client's homes as their own. Great work you two. > > Dean Cebuliak (Digital Dean) > Photographer > www.digitaldean.com **★★★★★ — Starwatch AV, Sept. 2013** > Great Company to work with, will always have a question if they don't know the answer. Time lines are great to work with. > Always have a drawing and a game plan. > > End results are always top notch. **★★★★★ — mikebentien, Sept. 2013** > i did the lighting design for a few projects with them. > they were great to deal with and are very ptoffessional in thier work. **★★★★★ — Stone Quest, Sept. 2013** > Stone Quest has supplied and installed granite and quartz countertops in several high end homes in the Okanagan for Okanagan Dream Builders. > We value each opportunity to work with Okanagan Dream Builders and look forward to a long term relationship in the future. **★★★★★ — barchy, Aug. 2013** > We worked with Okanagan Dream Builders on the design and construction of our new home. They were exceptionally skilled in their attention to detail, knowledge and conducted themselves professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their work to anyone building or renovating a home. Through this process we saw numerous jobs they had completed (renovations, new builds) and were very impressed each time with their level of excellence. **★★★★★ — toash00, Aug. 2013** > Okanagan Dream Builders and myself have worked together on a number of jobs over the past few years and I have found Trent and his team to be very thorough and meticulous on each job being done. Thanks for the inquiry. **Q: Looking at roofs** *(in Photo Questions)* What kind of roof is that? A: The roof is stainless steel. Thanks for the inquiry. Debra **Q: Does tile help protect the wood floor from water damage?** *(in Photo Questions)* Is one reason to put in a tile inlay because it protects wood from wet boots? Or is it purely aesthetic? A: The answer to your question is yes. The inlay tile definitely protects the hardwood floors from water & dirt debris. It is not only aesthetically pleasing but it is one less door entry rug you have to fuss with. Thanks for the inquiry. Cheers, Debra **Q: Trim color** *(in Photo Questions)* What is the trim color? A: The trim colour is Benjamin Moore cloud white. Thanks for the inquiry. **Q: Is the exterior Kendall Charcoal?** *(in Photo Questions)* thanks! Mike A: It started as Kendall Charcoal which is a very nice color but we modified it to suite our clients - so it really is a custom color. **Q: where is the patio furniture from?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: I will have to get back to on this... Thanks for the inquiry. --- *Source: Houzz professional profile. Reflects the profile as of 2026-10-09.*
