However, the pond had not been cleaned for years when we got it. After some researches, we hired Kane Brothers last year to clean the pond, the results were day and night after the cleaning. The Kane Brothers crew was professional, courteous, and on time. Jason has been great in answering or returning our calls, and is very pleasant to deal with. Since then, we had used them to do a leakage repair (rebuilding the waterfall) and winterization last year, a spring cleanup and start up this year. They are quite expensive though, but I suppose all pond (water features) companies are not cheap.
