> This was possibly the easiest, most trouble free kitchen remodel ever.  The project took place in a house built in the 1920s which always comes with unknowns and requires both construction knowledge and design sensibility.  It was kept on schedule and completed on time and on budget.  The quality of the work throughout was excellent.  The subs used were terrific.  The contractor is eminently qualified, does beautiful work, takes great pride in the project and is also flexible and a pleasure to work with.  Would use this firm again and have recommended to friends who have admired our kitchen which, almost a year and a half later, not only looks fabulous but has experienced no problems or call-backs.

> I found Drew remodeling a neighbors townhouse in the complex where I live and liked the work he was doing and he quoted a reasonable price for his services.  He was easy to work with and offered ideas and suggestions.  He showed up on time and let me know in advance if something came up and would be later than originally planned. Plus he cleaned up and did a good job of keeping the construction dust to a minimum in the rooms that weren't being remodeled by sealing them off. > Redd Hogan Design is such an incredible team!  They exceeded my expectations and I am extremely pleased with the final outcome.  On this particular project we worked primarily with Drew Hogan.  We hired him for finish carpentry which included all new moldings throughout the house, custom kitchen benches for our banquette, and fireplace surround/mantle.  Upon meeting him and being impressed with him we added on multiple tiling projects, including our kitchen floor, backsplash, and fireplace surround.  Lindsay Redd was hired to help choose paint colors throughout every room in the home.  Both individuals were on time, met deadlines (some of which required late hours), stayed true to their estimates, and were genuinely focused on making sure that we were happy with the final product.  They both took the time to help work through different options in areas I was unsure what to do, particularly our fireplace.  This ended up being my favorite feature in the home.  Our home would not have come together as well as it did without the advice and expertise of this team.  I give them the highest recommendation to anyone interested in their services.

They have an eye for detail and were able to replicate a shaker look that we had in our kitchen into a mantle and a mini mud room. With limited space, a section of broken cupboards was transformed into a fabulous mini mudroom. We LOVE how opening up the space has made the area feel so much larger and now has so much character.
