> I first worked with Jeremy, who spent considerable time with me at the Creative Surfaces showroom and workshop, showing me my options and explaining how the process worked.  After I chose my granite, Travis came to my house and meticulously measured for the countertop.  I received my top in record time, and am thrilled with the results.  I had an issue with the stove opening being too large, no fault of Travis or anyone at CS.  Even so, Travis offered to make a new partial countertop at no cost to me.  It wasn’t necessary, but the offer speaks to the high level of customer service and concern for quality workmanship and happy customers!  I highly recommend CS...because of Jeremy and Travis.

> Bought cabinets from Crestwood. Hired sister company,Creative Surfaces. Service and installation was done in a timely fashion. The issue is quality of product is extremely poor. Crestwood Cabinets nor Creative Surfaces will do anything about it. I would never recommend either of these companies to anyone. Very disappointed in both. Do not believe the quality of the countertops in their showroom is what you will get. It is very misleading.

> You purchased a natural stone material.  The inherent beauty of granite is the multitude of veining, mineral flecks, and endless character. Unlike many man made products out there, natural stones each have their own story to tell with their movement, variations and the very fact of being created millions of year ago.

> The actual slabs used in your countertop were seen by yourself both before being cut AND during the cutting process.  There were three visible veins in the material.  After installation you insisted these were cracks in the material.  After trying to explain they were not cracks but actual veins in the stone, Creative Surfaces gave you a 10 year warranty that the top would not break at the veins.  We also offered to tear out the countertops at no cost and fabricate new tops in another color for the difference in cost of material only.  Your response was that you would keep the countertops but that you would tell everyone how unhappy you were.

Why would you want to keep a countertop that you believe is cracked?  Seems strange to us unless you just wanted a large discount. A: This was a homeowners selection, so I'm not quite sure. It does look like a slate grey such as a "Granite Grey" by Devoe Paint. I hope this helps.
