> Our last kitchen remodel was 28 years ago, so we were way overdue. We loved our existing kitchen layout, but felt we needed some new fresh ideas and insight. Janet provided that and so much more. She quickly got to know our likes and style, and made excellent suggestions. Janet is a stickler for detail, which is exactly what you want in a kitchen designer. She’s got a great sense of style, design, and aesthetics.  She always went the extra mile and was very patient with us in each of the many decisions we had to make. Our new kitchen is absolutely magnificent—due in large part to Janet’s expertise, professionalism, and hard work. Janet’s kitchen cabinets are top-notch, and her installation professional was amazing. > I hired Cold Spring Kitchens to help design a new kitchen within an existing footprint with minimal major construction. Janet came in and surveyed the entire area, gave me suggestions about how to move and relocate appliances and just make the most of the current space. She did multiple rounds of drawings after my requests, recommended an amazing contractor and managed the entire process from start to finish. She even shopped with me for granite, hardware, appliances, glass, etc...every last detail was taken care of.  It made the entire renovation smooth and painless.  The new space is amazing and I would recommend Cold Spring Kitchens to everyone!

> We wanted a new kitchen and dining room with an open feeling.  CSK suggested taking down the wall between the two rooms to create that idea.  No stone was left unturned. Janet went to great lengths with research and found that a lot of the duct work in the existing wall and the soffits could be relocated or reduced to maximize the overall space and the cabinetry. She worked seamlessly with the general contractor.  From the initial meeting, to the plans, to the final product, Janet was the ultimate professional.

This is such a lovely kitchen! Where could I find this tile backsplash?

A: Thank you!  The backsplash is a custom marble mosaic from Artsaics.  Their website is Artsaics.com

What color is the vent hood and island?

A: The range hood is a dark copper.. It is from Copper Kitchen Specialists.  The island is cherry in a dark stain with a black glaze.. Thanks for asking!
