In comparison - I ordered a steel gate that shipped yesterday from Seattle. I can follow the LTL freight progress and know my order will arrive within 10 days. There are no tracking numbers for Rejuvenation and every time you call they can only tell you it is "in transit". Second - they are cheaping out too much on shipping. In comparison - I ordered an outdoor planter 5 days ago and it was already delivered by FedEx yesterday. I'm not sure how Rejuvenation thinks they are helping their brand with this incredibly slow shipping. Third - bait and switch - Rejuvenation first said my planters would be delivered by 5 weeks. Now that we are at 5 weeks - they changed the expected delivery to give themselves three weeks more time (now 8 weeks for shipping!) that I only saw when I logged in to check. No email notification or apology. I will NEVER EVER order from Rejuvenation again. The planters will now arrive after the freeze - so we won't be able to plant our plants in time for the roots to establish and be protected from frost. We ordered all the hardware and lighting from rejuvenation for a large remodel job. The hardware arrived as expected (other than the fact that we didn’t realize it is all made in China). The lights, however have been a complete nightmare. We ordered three brass pendants with moss green shades. Our credit card was charged immediately but they took over 6 weeks to come and when they did- the shades were a white color. We had a hard time getting someone to help order a replacement and after countless calls and e-mails when we finally did- we waited another month only to receive the same wrong ones as the first time. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor, Ruben and all he offered to do was refund if we returned the whole order (Six huge boxes) and have us start the process all over again and wait another month rather than simply replace the incorrect shades (the pendants were fine). > Zero accountability or accommodation for repeated mistakes on our order. > Terribly frustrating and the most difficult part if a huge remodel project. Customer service offered $100 as compensation - to hire someone to install this is going to cost me $1.5k to hire a contractor to come in! Because of delays the lights didn't get installed until after the 60 days allowed for exchanges. Both lights were final sale and both have problems. The biggest problem was that the white shades completely clash. It seems like if you are ordering two lights with white shades from the same company it is reasonable to assume they would be the same color. The Conical shade is creamy white and the Ansel shades are harsh cool white. They look terrible in the same space together. I reached out to exchange the shades for black and Rejuvenation refused the exchange because it's passed 60 days. So disappointing when you splurge and spend so much and they have terrible policies and customer service. In addition, one of the Conical Pendants came with a defective piece they then charged me to replace. Three large planter boxes I purchased online 10 days ago at $499. went on sale for $409 prior to the delivery. I called customer service for a price adjustment and was told, "we don't do that". They were delivered "white glove" which means they unpacked them, set them up and hauled away the packing. According to Rejuvenation Hardware, returns must be returned in the original packing and customer pays all shipping costs.
