Both projects turned out fabulous and were completed without a hitch. I was impressed as he was one of the few builders that would give me an estimate broken down into labor and supplies. He was very willing to help the project work within budget restraints and to was flexible with ideas. All work completed was done to a high standard, and looked great. Terry makes sure every detail is taken care of and brings up ideas that I never would of thought of. When he remodeled the bathroom we went on a vacation and came home to a completed project, clean house, and he added the extra touch of flowers in the bathroom . The challenges were many: A limited amount of space to work with, as well as basement finish from a previous owner that was not built to code or officially permitted. > Mr. Carlson spent significant time with my wife and I discussing the design and making sure that our vision was incorporated into the design. He made helpful suggestions and recommendations as we moved through the design process, until we were totally happy with the design plan. > > When the actual construction started, Mr. Carlson provided craftsmen in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing that excelled in their trade and took pride in the work they were doing. While the construction was proceeding, Mr. Carlson oversaw the progress and work almost on a daily basis. As each day’s work ended the workers would clean their work area and put up tools etc. in preparation for the next day’s activity.
