I was told that the company would "fit my job in" when it could. That was fine with me. The whole season came and went, no one ever came out to do the work. I understand that mistakes in scheduling can be made, so this year I called and left a message to have the work completed. After waiting for a month, no return call ever came. I called the owner and left a message, explaining the situation, expecting a return call. None ever came. I guess unless your job is a BIG one, this company is just not interested. If they were not interested in the job, a phone call would have been appreciated.
