Our house was built by Galileo Construction and it’s our dream home. Everything about it is perfect, so well thought out in terms of layout and quality of construction. What is minimum size for corner shower with diagonal door? A: We usually recommend no less than 36 x 36 to our clients for corner showers. **Q: Black or white?** *(in Polls)* I need to paint the vent hood cover. The natural wood section is staying natural and the top I'm planning to paint black. But, I'm second guessing myself, would white be better? All of the cabinets are white, the walls are Natural Linen, there is a black quartz farmhouse sink, and the whole house has thick black trim. What do you all think? A: I would suggest white with a nice piece of art with some black detail in it. **Q: I was wondering what the dimensions were on this L shaped kitchen** *(in Photo Questions)* I am considering some renovations and this L shaped kitchen is close to how I envision my new kitchen. Was just wondering what the measurements were on this kitchen. This will give me a better idea if it fits. The island measurement would be helpful too. Thanks Robert. A: Hello, The original size of this kitchen was 11'3'' x 8'. We extended the new ceramic to have enough room to add a pantry. The new kitchen size is 11'3'' x 10'6'' and the island is 6'3'' x 3'4''. **Q: I like the picture of new beauty Moorland Fog.** *(in Photo Questions)* I would like to use in my blog spot with your permission. My promise is a link back and mentioning your company name. Looking forward to hearing you soon. Sincerely, Debra from Solacehomedesign A: Hello Debra, No problem! The picture is a source from Caesarstone Canada. Regards, **Q: Countertop & cabinet colour pls** *(in Photo Questions)* Very nice!!! Would you mind providing the name of the countertop and the colour of the cabinets??? Thank you!! A: Thank you Christine! The cabinets are White Dove OC-17 from Benjamin Moore and the counter is Caesarstone Frosty Carrina 5141. **Q: Need help to choose warm white for our kitchen cabinets** *(in Design Dilemma)* Our main wall color throughout our house is a beige, neutral color. Our kitchen floor is a medium tone distressed wood. Our two islands are a dark walnut color contrasting with white, quartz countertops that have a gray swirl pattern, and occasional sparkle. I originally planned to have cream, glazed antique cabinets, but as we are building our new home, we were advised to paint all new woodwork white to contrast with beige walls. We don't like white and cream together. A: Hello Shawna, Maybe Decorator's White (BM CC-20) it is a true white that is both warm and modern. On this project we used Decorator's White for the cabinets and the woodwork has for the walls we used Soft Chamois (BM OC-13). --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
