He upgraded my master bathroom recently. His team took measurements, designed the cabinets and placed the material orders very quickly. Unfortunately, due to the current supply chain problems, the cabinets that were available when ordered suddenly became backlogged with continually extended delivery dates. Gary kept me informed of the issues at every step of the way. When it appeared the chosen manufacturer was not going to be able to deliver the cabinets in any reasonable time frame, Gary was able to find another supplier, with a better product, at a very good price. Those cabinets arrived in a timely manner and were installed within a few days. Throughout the process I always felt comfortable because I was kept in the loop.
