All his workers were very respectfully and honest; and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Both bathrooms were completely gutted to the studs. We had 3 or 4 estimates and Dynasty Development's bid was within close range of the others. We had seen his work at close friends' home; and the final product was awesome! Our house was built in 1954; and as with most older houses, Ron discovered structural and plumbing problems after he gutted both bathrooms; He showed us the problem areas instead of covering the decay & rotten areas. Ron is very ethical and respectful and he charged us a very minimal fee for the additional unforeseen work. We believe many contractors may have covered up the defective areas, without our knowledge. Ron is a creative and masterful tile installer, and his Subcontractors are very experienced. We will hire him again soon to remodel a 3rd bathroom in our home. It was purchased a couple of years ago but still should be available. Be sure to have your plumber raise the cleanout (to clear bottom drawer) and offset the drain 4 inches from center (so it does not hit the drawer guides).
