They moved load bearing walls, removed flooring and subflooring, poured new foundations inside the home moved electrical and plumbing supply and drains throughout the home and moved inside and outside doors and windows. Their workmanship was excellent and their workers were courteous and very skilled. We lived in the home during the construction and B Smart was very accommodating, making the home as livable as possible with both cleanliness and timing of work. Their workers were there every day with no down time. All of our friends and professionals that have seen the final product have praised the work that was done. We contracted on a cost plus basis and the final costs were less than 1% over their estimates other than change orders we initiated. Their complete date was exactly on their original estimate which is very unusual. When we have another project we will not hesitate to contract with B Smart.
