We had a couple small design changes throughout the process and he was very accommodating. His crews always stuck to their schedules, which was a big complaint some of my neighbors had with other builders. The finished look of the pool is great, and Kevin’s employees are all personable and trustworthy. Also, even though our pool was built back in 2015, Kevin still covered the cost of replacing a failed light, even though the warranty had expired. I don’t know many contractors who would do something like that.
