> Joel is an excellent contractor. He helped me to finish the remodel of my kitchen in a 100 year old craftsman. He provided quality work that was delivered on time and budget.  He was very flexible and managed the nuances that come with remodeling a 100 year old house with confidence and ease. He also has a great eye for design and a ton of experience. He completed the electrical, plumbing, sheet rock and some carpentry work. He was also has excellent communication skills. He was always accessible to address my questions and kept me well informed during the project. I highly recommend Joel.
