The only hitch was there was a mistake made with the shower doors that I chose, not being actually available with the style that I wanted. Vista was on top of this and made good on the inconvenience. The problem with this company is nobody knows what the other person is doing if they don't talk things do not get done. They are also in need of a quality glass business so they can keep up with there work its the glass that keeps putting them behind schedule. They have been involved with us since Oct. of 2016 thats 6 months since beginning and the work still goes on as they still have quite a lot to do. Would I choose this company again no would I recommend them, no nobody should have to go through what we have had to go through. **Comment from Vista Home Improvement:** > We appreciate all feedback whether positive or negative.
