In this specific case, we had rot behind the gutters and facia on the house (only 13 years old). Craftsmen Direct started the work, found the actual root cause of the problem, communicated to me (a very minor additional charge) and then stopped everything, went and purchased additional materials and resumed and completed the job. The work is perfect, you absolutely can't tell anything was ever wrong. The two guys who worked on the house did an outstanding job and were very polite to my wife. We have had the same excellent experience twice now.
