> Paul Berger & Associates has been performing design and supervision services for me since 1980. PBA was the interior design representative for an office complex with total interior costs in excess of $15,000,000 and for multiple individual office design and remodeling projects over the years. PBA's responsibilities, in addition to program analysis and design, included the preparation of bid documents and drawings as well as construction cost analysis and supervision. PBA's talents are in producing strong design drawings representing the client's goals and in working well with the construction contractors in order to achieve a completed project on time and within budget.

> Our project entailed a complete renovation (down to the studs) of our suite in one of Chicago's landmark, iconic buildings inspired by Mies van der Rohe. We developed a specific 'mission statemen', and after interviewing 3 noted firms selected Paul based upon his ability to work in tandem with us and within our budget, not to mention his excellent design ability.
