Jeanne has a doctorate in marketing, and is very capable in the areas of home staging and interior decorating. The home which was built in 1993, was very dated when we prepared to list it for sale. It had extensive wall paper, dark flowered draperies, and country blue paint throughout. With Dr. Hill’s insight and advice, we were able to add tile, mini-blinds, simple sheer draperies, and a new color scheme along with extensive elimination of clutter throughout the home that updated the interior to a 2015 look. Real estate agents and clients visiting the home have been extremely pleased with the clean, light, and modern appearance of this lake front property. I feel that we were able to achieve this new look on a very reasonable budget that shows our home well.
