I could not be more pleased with the quality of work performed by his team of talented professionals. We had very high expectations for the kitchen renovation as the kitchen needed a lot of work. I and my husband met with Mr. Pearce who was very friendly had great ideas for our kitchen renovations. for that, we were very happy and made the decision to utilize Restless Restoration and Development for our project. I will take ownership of the fact that I trusted him to be honest with us, therefore, did not request a line by line review of the contract. Bad Idea we really should have taken the time to do a line-by-line review to ensure we were getting what was spoken about. Mr. Pearce at times was very rude when we had questions about the work we noticed that was not being done. To only be deferred to read your contract, so a lot of what we discussed was not in the contract. **Comment from Restless Restoration and Development:** > I have to appreciate the fact that, although the high quality of our work was fully recognized, something went wrong somewhere for me to have an unhappy client here. I prepare the most detailed scope of work in this industry. This client is implying that we discussed something(s) during my initial walk through that I didn't put in the contract. This is normal. I do throw out a lot of possibilities and ideas to see what potential clients like in order to help create dream spaces. After an initial meeting I submit a very detailed, itemized bid for any potential job, keeping in mind that I am competing against other bidders. I do expect people to read their proposals. I've never heard of anyone not asking questions as well as not reading their own proposal before hiring someone but I guess there is a first time for everything. > > Issues come up on jobs sometimes and when they do, I believe that's when a person's true character is revealed.
