Both Angela and Tom provided insightful suggestions that significantly influenced the final design of our home. They both have incredible listening skills and were able to translate what we wanted to a design that was even better than what we imagined. They also were assertive enough in a very professional way to steer us from potential design pitfalls that could impact the live-ability of our home and outdoor space. The final plans required very few change-orders during the construction phase, which translated to cost savings for us. Ultimately, we ended up with a house that far exceeded our imagination, and Tom and Angela were influential in making that happen. Beyond Tom and Angela’s technical skills, they are a delight to work with and were so patient in the rounds and rounds of modifications, when we changed our minds about a particular design element. If you work with them, just know that when you change the plans, about 90% of the time, you will end up going back to their original suggestions. It just took longer for us to see the vision of what they were proposing.
