Any areas where budget was exceeded were due to my upgraded choices made during the project. A: The cabinets are maple with a custom stain mixture specified by the Designers. **Q: Paintings -** *(in Photo Questions)* Do you know the artist or site these paintings came from? A: Pineapple House, the interior designer of the project, selected the paintings. We do not know the artist. **Q: What was the tile used on the backsplash?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: It is a classic subway tile installed in a herringbone pattern. Most tile vendors should have similar options available. **Q: paint** *(in Photo Questions)* what color and brand of paint was used on the walls and trim? A: The paint was selected by the designer- we unfortunately don't have the color information on file. They typically use Benjamin Moore. **Q: Awesome!** *(in Photo Questions)* Where is that chair from? A: The furnishings were selected by the designers at Pineapple House.
