> Derrick and his team replaced some roofing that had developed a leak. More than a year later, still solid. No more leaks. And the cost was extremely reasonable; Derrick's quote was fair and did not take advantage of the fact that this is a resort area where too many people are accustomed to paying too much for this type of work.
