> I had a bathroom cabinet and countertop installed. I am going to start with what I liked about Del Priore.

> The showroom is beautiful and organized and has a good selection of cabinet styles, colours, and countertop selections.
> The sales lady is knowledgeable and friendly.
> They provide you with an install date in the contract.

> The cabinet was either measured wrong or built wrong. When Del Priore was told of this issue, they said to live with it.
> The countertop people were from a company in Toronto. We were not informed of this when purchasing our vanity set and thought we were dealing with Del Priore only.
> There ended up being an issue with that installation as well, and the plumber refused to do the plumbing until it was fixed. It would take 1 1/2 months to get Del Priore to offer to send someone to fix the problem.

> Our concern is if something bigger happens, how much longer will it take to have a properly functioning vanity?

> My opinion is that they are missing after-service and their customer service needs to be improved. They waited one and a half months before they offered to fix the unusable vanity. We contacted Del Priore repeatedly by phone and email, asking them to come and fix the damage.  We had to hire an outside company to fix the damage done by the countertop installer. I suggest they use a local countertop installer who does not need to travel far to fix countertop installation errors.
