> Red Hammer Builders helped make my house a home.  Andy Courtney treated my house and this project like he was working on his own home.  The amount of work he did around my house was Superman like.  He converted a 1/2 bath into a laundry room, built a 1/2 bath were there was not one, redid my ENTIRE kitchen including cabinets, an 4x11 island, new plumbing and electrical for it, and removed 5 walls that required him to install 13 LVL beams to hold the weight.  He does much of the work himself including tiling floors, demolition, trim work, and installing beams.  All of his subcontractors were AWESOME and they did great work while helping me make decisions on locating certain items that I had not even thought about.   He is honest and fair and works with you on all aspects of the job.  We redid all of the floors, installed a 3x6 picture window at the  farm sink and replastered the new walls and ceiling on the first floor.  I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor that will do great work for a fair price.  And before you ask, I would hire him in a second to do anymore work around my house.  I can not say enough about the quality of his work and his craftsmanship.

> Andy Courtney, proprietor of Red Hammer Builders and his assistant, Dave, were a pleasure to deal with.  They were well equipped and materials used were of the highest quality.  As with any project there were decisions to be made and their ability to turn problems into improvements was remarkable.  The job site was always left neat and safe.  Our project was the addition of a small but challenging enclosed rear entry on a 100+ year old house.  The addition had to be cantilevered over a set of steps and the entry to an existing patio.  We were hoping it would blend seamlessly with the back o our house.  The results were beyond our expectations.  Every detail was given full attention.  Their demeanor was the same as their work, quiet, considerate and thoughtful.  True professionals - I am a happy customer!
