## Community Q&A

**Q: Before and After -  Kitchen** *(in Remodeling)*

Just sharing our recently completed new kitchen.  We moved in about over 3 years ago - inheriting the following kitchen.



We made some upgrades in the kitchen while we finalized our design.  

First came paint, reworking some of the wall heights, and replacing all the appliances.


Then we covered the laminate with upgraded laminate - couldn't get rid of that orange soon enough and upgraded the floors.



Finally we gutted the kitchen the day after Thanksgiving 2019 - 
New Cabinets, Counters, Backsplash and layout.

Here is a project we completed in Great Falls, VA. Additional space was added, and the entire kitchen was renovated. The results are a beautifully designed kitchen that incorporates all the practical features and elements needed for easy family living.

**Q: Little house, big change** *(in Before & After)*

We recently finished this little investment house that we purchased, renovated, and sold.  It was an outdated early 1960's ranch that was beat down.  Old uninteresting brick fireplace, 2 layers of carpet (stapled down with ranch fencing staples....literally), closed off kitchen, and a whole host of other areas that needed to be addressed.  We redid the inside top to bottom including, stained white oak floors, tuftex carpet, LG appliances (look nice, but affordable), quartz counters, natural stone fireplace update with custom made solid oak mantel, and a variety of other things throughout!
