Upscale Country opened in 2005 initially under the name "Our Place - Home Decor & Gifts" to bring style and comfort to homes in Southeast Kansas. The Victorian style home was a "non-traditional" store setting that attracted loyal customers from a four state area. 

In 2009 we expanded to a larger location and changed our name to "Upscale Country - Fine Home Furnishings & Gifts".  Along with these changes we also expanded our product lines to include Food items, Handbags, Scarves, our very popular "tween" line and much more.  In addition, we now have the capability to offer In-Home consultation, Party Planning Assistance, as well as a location to rent for hosting your own events.
