So a potential customer thinking they were getting a 10% discount, would in fact only be receiving a 3.8% discount. > > A business certainly has the right to establish pricing however it sees fit. At the same time a customer has a right to expect honest and fair pricing. I just thought it was important to point out the pricing variation before and during "the coupon offer". After researching wood flooring for nearly two years, I came across the European Oak Flooring (Tacoma) sample through Houzz. Our sub-floor was OSB, on a crawl space, and very uneven in certain rooms. Our open floor plan also needed a wider board in order to not look too busy. The wide plank flooring was perfect and we have lived with the floor for about a month and are extremely happy with the outcome. Our installer was very impressed with the flooring as well and corrected many of our uneven issues during the install. The flooring we chose was the right solution. Hurst was also very accommodating on holding our flooring for a little while until our contractor was ready, communication during the process was easy. On the knots, yes, these are filled in with a charcoal/black epoxy. **Q: Installed photos?** *(in Product Questions)* I’m considering the Tacoma and awaiting my sample, but got very nervous when I received the Montana and the two pieces looked nothing alike. My husband and I thought maybe one of them was mislabeled. I received 6 other samples that were all incredibly consistent, so this made me reluctant to go with the Montana.
