He put us in contact with his cabinet contact and his granite contact which helped a lot from a cost perspective. We were in constant communication with Joe throughout the process and he was very transparent and fair about cost implications of "add ons" that we came up with throughout the project. His team was on site every day for the duration, and even worked weekends at certain points to make up for supplier delays (not Joe's fault!).
