The onsite team worked the entire time they were on the job except for a short lunch break. No lallygagging! We were impressed. The quality of the work is outstanding. Cornerstone's Gregory Hyman visited the house with a well seasoned helper, spent half a day diagnosing the exact location of the problem and designed an extensive gravity flow French drain system. The completed systems appears to have solved several issues, including replacement of a generally inaccessible under-house sump pump. The location of the project made it difficult to budget the time exact labor required for the project and Cornerstone provided an estimated "not to exceed cost" and quite honorably, lowered the final bill, when the project was completed with less labor than anticipated. In short, we received a well done project at a fair price.
