But when we met with Avi and Dave, we knew that GPI Builders would be the company that we would select for our project. The main reason that we selected them was because they were honest and genuine and there was no pressure selling on their end, as we had experienced with many of the other contractors that we had met with before and after. We made the right choice and were very satisfied with how smoothly the project went from start to finish. Dave was the project manager and was very good at communicating what we should expect each step of the way. He definitely made us feel like our satisfaction was a top priority for him. Dave supplied us with a complete list of what was needed and we only had to pick out the materials we wanted. We also appreciated that they picked the materials up from the supplier and delivered them to our house for us. In addition, we also really liked how Jaime remodeled our bathroom and appreciated how well his team worked together. They were very respectful and cleaned up each day before leaving. Our HOA had been denying our remodeling application, without ever seeing any plans, off and on for ten years! Kim, the office manager and Avi, the project manager, helped us through the HOA nightmare beginning to end, including getting a surveyor’s report and finding we had four more feet of property than the HOA fencing indicated. They are flexible, and willing, they listened to our needs, the working schedule was always on time, they were always available to us, they presented an incredible floor plan/design, creatively tweaked when and where necessary, and were patient as we dealt with unusual pop up surprises. If something did pop up their approach was always, “what is your expectation to resolve?” Whatever the concern was, they were not afraid to tell us their perspective and their reasons. We were always able to mutually agree upon a resolution. The design is such that it would be difficult to see where the original 836 sq.ft. home ended and the addition began. The craftsmanship is outstanding! All of their help and support never had an increase or invoice attached to our original contract. Their attitude with us was always sincere. In closing, Kim, Avi, and GPI ALWAYS met our needs and then some. Avi and Kim made this a seamless project. They went above and beyond to make sure our remodel was a dream come true…and it is! Our home is beautiful and it is better and more than we ever expected!!
