The project became quite extensive, including the discovery of additional leaking from old cast iron pipes that were rusting through at various points. All cast iron pipes from the second floor, through the first floor to the basement had to be replaced. This involved removal and replacement of drywall, ceiling, and the replacement/repair of rotten wood behind the walls and ceiling. Every step was meticulously documented and UKB was very cooperative with the insurance adjustor. They cared for my home with a high standard of excellence, which included cleaning the house once the work was completed. There were many instances when the team went above and beyond expectations in certain situations. I could not have asked for a more positive experience through a very difficult and prolonged challenge.
