Precise Remodeling Design is a fast growing, California based home improvement company. The company was established by Joseph A. Younes & Michael N. Tal, after the two had completed hundreds of both commercial and residential remodeling projects under other companies.

Our company was born out of a need to provide homeowners with exceptional service at lower than market prices, by removing the ‘salesmen’ that is traditionally placed between the homeowners and the contractor, from the process.

We are passionate about exceeding our clients’ expectations, while maintaining an honest, safe & positive working environment. 

We provide our clients with tools to stretch their budget out further, by sharing creative design ideas, using advanced building techniques, and collaborating with both financial institutions and government programs.

Since established, our company prides itself on the ability to create tailored remodeling solutions that meets our clients' budget, whether it is modest or sizable. 

Even though we build homes, our business is making people happy. We understand that a remodeling project can be stressful for a homeowner at times; We ease this stress by communicating daily with our clients, while meticulously sticking to an approved timeline. We believe that being trusted is not something to be taken for granted, and there is no greater satisfaction for us then rewarding our clients with a job well done.
