The rental unit project included: bathroom renovation, kitchen design and re-distribution of an existing laundry room to include laundry and apartment entrance with entry hall. The subsequent tenants said the apartment design was excellent. Jane is passionate about architecture. She ( and her husband David) ) helped me visualize my existing living space into a customized space that is beautiful and practical. Much appreciated was their being current with trending materials. It provided me with more design choices and lower price tags. In particular, the kitchen floor product they recommended Had design options that jazzed up the whole main level living area. Jane has the ability to increase a home‘s value without unnecessary expenditures and her healthcare background adds a healthy living environment to her design projects!
