The floors and island facade are oiled white oak which are are durable; they can last over 100 years. Scratches are also easy to fix. Calacatta Gold Quartz for both backsplash and counters gives a unified and sleek appearance. I also matched the rose gold faucet with rose gold cabinet handles for a pop of colour!
