I really lucked out with Esteban, because he happened to be available on a day that worked for me, and his team absolutely crushed the job! When they arrived, they took great care around my property, and were very thorough in their work. The project was a 210 sq ft concrete pad for my patio, with a few areas for pipe and clean-outs, and the team finished it in a day! Not only did they complete their work quickly, but with high quality. I have yet to find any fault in their work, and am keeping them in my back pocket for future work around my house. After getting to talk to Esteban, i realized that their portfolio of work was truly diverse, and very impressive. Their expertise ranges from outdoor improvement, to indoor projects. Its not often you find a contractor of his caliber, but when you do, hold on to them. Esteban and his team made my project easy and quick. (Duo-paned) > They ordered wrong size windows and cut my house to fit the windows, including cutting a jack stud. > They drilled through the weep seal of one door and took over 2 months to order a replacement and installed 5 weeks after order. > Installed vinyl trim wrong, and it lifted and/or fell off within 1 or 2 days. > Except for the actually window install, they only sent workers infrequently for 1 or two hours a day (I had to be home - days disrupted) > I had to repeatedly call, text, email to get this job done. It severely delayed my other projects that were dependent on this completion. > On the positive side, the windows/doors were finally installed square, level and plumb.
