We were told the project would take no longer than 90 days (he actually said it would be more like 60). Today is the first of July, and multiple items have yet to be finished &/or started. Weeks have gone by without any communication or workers arriving when we were told they would. When his workers/sub-contractors do show up often times Jay does not have the materials for them to do their jobs. He owes us thousands of dollars at this point (items we purchased that should be credited to our balance and our payment for work that is still incomplete). Last week he said he didn't have enough money to finish the project or he basically wouldn't make a profit. He always says one thing, but never follows through or denies even saying it. I would suggest you stay away from this company at all costs!
