We replaced windows, flooring, some drywall and painted the entire home. Throughout all stages of the project the entire home was kept clean and picked up after each and every day. The company even went out of their way to give us a basket at the end of our job with items that pertained to our home and we thought it was really nice. The mitigation process was seamless and thorough. I received a report containing detailed documentation and pictures of all damage that I was able to use to for insurance approval, reimbursement and rebuild purposes. > I had to fight for a year to obtain funds from insurance for the rebuild and QCG provided detailed quotes that I was able to use for this. When I finally received my rebuild funds Eric Neuman, who ran my rebuild did an amazing job of outlining the timeline and order of each step of the process. He worked with my schedule and answered all of my questions. Communication was great. Every crew that came in my home treated it with respect and cleaned their work areas before leaving each evening. I took the opportunity to make some improvements both cosmetically and structurally to my home and these were all done beautifully. Working with Ana Quillen on the kitchen cabinets and countertops was also a great experience. > There were no surprise charges and the whole project stayed right in line with my quote.
