What struck us most of the "process" Marc and his team use is that they do not draw "cookie cutter" homes. They listen to your passions and present to you concepts based on hours of discussions. Marc's attention to detail and functionality is extraordinary. We learned so much from Marc and his team. They are patient and willing to explain any minor detail you desire to know. Marc talked to us a lot about sight lines in a house. Since we were building our first home we were not quite sure what he meant. As the project unfolded, construction began, and now our home is completed it is very clear to us what he meant. Regardless of where you are in our home the "lines of sight" bring the outside in and connect multiple areas together. The flow of our finished home exceeded our expectations - it is warm and inviting. Marc and his team captured the essence of what we discussed during our meetings and brought to life a home to that truly represents us. > > We feel that the highest form of recommendation/complement we can provide is to share that at the conclusion of our building process we said we would do it all over again IF we could assemble the same team. He delivered a set of plans for our new house that exceeded our aspirations in all respects. He listened very intently to how we lived and what we wanted to achieve in this project. He was always quick to incorporate our evolving ideas into the design, even when there were major changes. Many times we would watch him quickly sketch what these changes might look like, and then we would discuss. Changes were never a problem. > Marc loves designing beautiful moldings and ceilings, and is a master of light. He loves to cook and thus pays a lot of attention to how the kitchen plan functions.
