**★★★★★ — Ryan Ullery, Aug. 2026**

> We had nothing short of an ideal experience with DiGiacomo remodeling our kitchen, main floor, and main bathroom. Rocky and Gigi are an exceptional team that quickly translated our ideas into reality with enthusiasm and diligence.
>
> Communication was consistent and ultra-responsive, they listened carefully to our needs and shared our goals, stayed on schedule and budget, and paid close attention to every detail. They were also genuinely pleasant to work with and made the entire process feel collaborative and well managed.
>
> Most importantly, we love the final result. The spaces are both beautiful and functional, and it’s clear the level of craftsmanship is top-notch.
>
> We would wholeheartedly recommend DiGiacomo Homes to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy full-service remodeling firm who really care about their clients and work!

**Comment from DiGiacomo Homes & Renovation:**

> Thank you very much for the kind words Ryan. We truly enjoyed working with your family from start to finish. Hearing that you felt listened to, informed, and supported every step of the way means a great deal to us. We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship while making the remodeling experience as smooth and collaborative as possible.
>

**★★★★★ — Complete interior remodel, July 2026**

> If you need a project done right the first time, this is who you want.
> They are as honest and as trustworthy as you will find in any business in any industry.

**★★★★★ — HU-839987547, Oct. 2025**

> We are absolutely in love with our DiGiacomo Homes remodel. Rocky thinks of every tiny detail and is so knowledgeable about the how and why behind his designs, and he explained things clearly as we went along so we were never guessing about the status of the project. Gigi has an unparalleled eye for design and helped us choose colors and patterns true to our home’s 1950s origins. Every space they touched became both more practical and more beautiful. Their communication was proactive and prompt, and we actually found the construction process was a lot of fun! We’d love to use them again for future projects.

**★★★★★ — Stacey Degen, April 2025**

> Wonderful to work with through the whole process. Professional, attention to detail, and just good people you can count on! Highly recommend

**Comment from DiGiacomo Homes & Renovation:**

> Thank you Stacey - we truly enjoyed working with you and Brian! Thank you for entrusting us with your remodel. Best wishes, Gigi and Rocky

**★★★★★ — Joe & Kristi, July 2024**

> We are repeat customers; DiGiacomo Homes has created beautiful new spaces in both our family home and empty-nester condo. Gigi’s design ideas are, quite simply, gorgeous! Rocky found an elegant and efficient solution to an issue in the fundamental construction of our condo that we thought would prevent us from the update we wanted. The process was smooth from start to finish thanks in large part to frequent and clear communication, with thoughtful scheduling of the steps so completion was remarkably fast given the scope of our project. We feel like we are living in a brand-new home!

**Comment from DiGiacomo Homes & Renovation:**

> Many thanks for the kind comments. We feel honored you have trusted us once again with the remodel of your home.

**★★★★★ — Reenie Ruckdaeschel, Dec. 2023**

> My 75-year-old mother, a Twin Cities resident, needed help remodeling her 1950s home. The home had not seen any updating since the 1970s! My husband and I live in Chicago but found DiGiacomo Homes on line and felt comfortable hiring them after interviewing several firms. We couldn’t be more pleased. They didn’t go overboard but made appropriate suggestions that respected our budget and brought all spaces into the modern age! Gigi and Rocky were great communicators - sending us photos and keeping us updated throughout the remodel process. They were very considerate of our needs, wrapped up on schedule, and did a beautiful job with all of the spaces. The house looks adorable and we couldn't be more please with their work!

**Comment from DiGiacomo Homes & Renovation:**

> Thank you Reenie - we were very happy to help out with your mom's remodel and hope it is enjoyed for many years to come :)

**★★★★★ — HU-333908965, Dec. 2023**

> I have used Gigi as my interior designer twice now- both times I provided her with a Pinterest/Houzz board for inspiration and she took it and ran with it. She allowed me to be as hands on/off as I wanted (providing me with multiple options so all I had to do was pick between them). She also stayed within my budget and helped me decide which items were worth splurging on. Thank you, Gigi for being so wonderful to work with and leaving me with a home I cannot wait to return to after a long day at work!

**Comment from DiGiacomo Homes & Renovation:**

> It is always a pleasure to work with you; to help bring your ideas to life and create cozy spaces for relaxing at days' end. Warmly, Gigi

**★★★★★ — Lisa Nicotra, Nov. 2023**

> We've used DiGiacomo Homes & Renovation in the past for various projects and because of their outstanding service and quality of work used them again recently for a new kitchen renovation along with updating interiors, replacing the primary bathtub and reworking a catchall room with new cabinetry. Once again, Rocky & Gigi came in on time (if not a little early) and on budget. We love our new kitchen, refreshed interiors and soaking bathtub. Always a pleasure working with you and your subs!

**Comment from DiGiacomo Homes & Renovation:**

> Thank you for the kind words Lisa. It is always such a pleasure to work with you and to collaborate on a vision for each space in your home. And, thank you again for treating us to a lovely meal in your newly remade kitchen!

**★★★★★ — Janice Steinhauser, Feb. 2023**

> We hired DiGiacomo Homes after experiencing difficulty finding a contractor who wouldn’t make us wait over 12 months to complete the project. Our family is growing and the layout of our upstairs just didn’t fit the way we live. Rocky and Gigi came up with an excellent idea for a separate study for my husband, a playroom for our grandchildren (which is AWESOME! Climbing wall, swing, chalk board, shelving/book shelves, and Wheels on the Bus wallpaper —so cute), and a bedroom/guest suite that includes a bar/kitchenettes and work space for remote workers. Gigi did a beautiful job with coordinating the decor with our preferences and we love it. Rocky and Gigi have transformed 3 bedrooms that weren’t being used to an appealing space for our family and everyone who visits.

**Comment from DiGiacomo Homes & Renovation:**

> Thank you Janice - we had so much fun working with you to create the new spaces for you family members (big and little)!

**★★★★★ — Leslie Goldblatt, Sept. 2020**

> We hired DiGiacomo Homes to do a full master bath renovation as we needed to make our bathroom more accessible due to a temporary disability. From the beginning, we felt like Rocky & Gigi understood what our needs and aesthetic were and worked hard to bring them to life. Gigi's design help was invaluable, presenting us with options (but not so many as to make decisions hard). Rocky was on site most days and doing some of the work himself, making us feel very confident that there was good oversight. The result -- a bright, beautiful, modern new master bathroom with a very large, wheelchair-accessible shower with grab bars and shower bench; a new Japanese bidet toilet; and an enlarged closet big enough to accommodate a walker and a bench -- was even better than we had hoped for! In addition, the project was finished more quickly than Rocky had told us, allowing us use of the bath & closet much sooner than we had expected. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Rocky & Gigi and would definitely hire them again!

**Comment from DiGiacomo Homes & Renovation:**

> Thank you Leslie. You and your daughters were such fun to work with throughout the project! I'm thrilled that we were able to make the bath more functional and accessible while honoring your style. The hand-blown blue glass knobs/pulls that you found are a fun touch - way to go! Best Wishes, Gigi and Rocky

**★★★★★ — Andy Mickel, May 2020**

> I hired DiGiacomo Homes for some renovation after failing to find a contractor willing and available to do the work for the past 18 months. I actually have been stressing about the deteriorating foundation situation over the past 2 decades with my back entryway/pantry as it was falling away from the house. I've lived in my 114-year old home for 45 years and know quite a bit about its history and evolution from previous owners.
>
> Rocky DiGiacomo's approach was can-do,—with total-confidence to accomplish the repair—jack up the structure, dig out the old foundation, and create real footings below the frost line. I told him I was impressed with his management of the crew and what appeared to me to be maximum productivity. Rocky: the ever-energetic sparkplug and magician! He finished this project ahead of schedule, and exactly on budget.
>
> I feel very happy now, and have peace of mind.

**Comment from DiGiacomo Homes & Renovation:**

> So happy we could be of help Andy. And, thank you for contacting us about your project - we are always ready to collaborate! Best Wishes, Gigi and Rocky DiGiacomo

**★★★★★ — Leslee Jaeger, May 2020**

> Gigi and Rocky were able to meet our changing requests in the design phase of the plan, moving from a surface remodel to a more extensive renovation of a 1990's kitchen, while staying within our budget requests. Rocky's kitchen design allowed the kitchen to be contemporary but still fit with the remainder of the house. Gigi had a wonderful sense of color combinations. All of the subs arrived on time and cleaned up when they left. We were given weekly progress updates. The completion date was 2 weeks ahead of schedule and just as the Covid lockdown commenced. Our newly bright and organized kitchen has been well used as we cook and bake at home daily.

**Comment from DiGiacomo Homes & Renovation:**

> Thank you for the kind review Leslee. We are so happy that the project was able to wrap up in time for your Covid bake-off! Please stay safe and call if anything is needed. Best Wishes, Gigi and Rocky DiGiacomo

 - Description: This gracious kitchen perfectly balances high function and timeless beauty. Open to the home's main floor — it is expected to work hard and look good too. The 11-foot center island, capped in Italian Statuary White marble, is stained a coffee color to resist visible wear-and-tear that is likely to occur in this high-traffic zone. Crisp white enameling is reserved primarily for cabinet uppers and other decorative trim. Hand-glazed porcelain tile, wrapping all four walls, is stunning yet practical…

 - Location: Edina, MN
 - Photos: 12
 - Description: 'Our home feels so small!' was the refrain we heard during design meetings. Removing large sections of wall between our clients' 1940’s kitchen and the dining room, rear entry, and an unused bedroom beyond, created a sense of openness and space, without the need for a costly addition. Highly detailed cabinetry, designed to the sq. inch, provided for functions and storage beyond the original wish list. Fixtures and finishes were selected to meet the clients' clean-lined tastes, while also curated…

Each space - the kitchen, dining, living, hall and master suite - is architecturally designed to feature works of art collected by our clients during a lifetime of travel throughout Japan, China, and Thailand. Interior finishes too are reminiscent of the Far East: grasscloth wallpaper, Moooi's "Emperor's Nest" rattan pendant, Asian motif wallpaper, clean black trim, vertical wood grain, and tatami mat-inspired carpet.…

 - Location: Alexandria, MN
 - Photos: 12

Custom cabinetry and yact-building principles inspired the design of playful, high-function storage such as the his/hers wardrobes (left and right of bed) and game drawers…

 - Location: Edina, MN
 - Photos: 10
 - Description: With no windows or natural light, we used a combination of artificial light, open space, and white walls to brighten this Mid-Century master bath remodel. Over the white, we layered a sophisticated palette of finishes that embrace color, pattern, and texture: 1) long hex accent tile in “lemongrass” gold (mounted vertically for a new take on mid-century aesthetics); 2) large format slate gray floor tile to ground the room; 3) textured 2X10 glossy white shower field tile (can’t resist touching it)…

- [MAIN FLOOR REMODEL: BUNGALOW CHARM](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/main-floor-remodel-bungalow-charm-pj-vj~3354937)
 - Location: Not specified
 - Photos: 10
 - Description: Many Bungalow homeowners can identify with the need for more kitchen storage, light and space. That's because most homes designed during the 1920s-1950s - were compartmentalized in design, with kitchens that were hidden away and not meant to be seen. We turned the traditional design concept on its head and put this 108 square-foot kitchen on full display by opening up the adjoining dining room wall. The space was visually enlarged through the introduction of more natural and man-made light: an a…

 - Location: Minnetonka, MN
 - Photos: 11
 - Description: This bright open master bath is simply arranged and artistically adorned. When discussing project finishes, our clients instructed us to “keep it neutral” for resale purposes but confided to liking “a bit of sparkle.” We designed a tailored bath with subtle Hollywood Regency styling in a soothing tonal palette. A tumbled, irregular glass mosaic was selected for the feature wall to infuse the space with a bit of interest and glam. Natural sunlight baths this tile wall allowing it, literally, to s…

 - Location: Golden Valley, MN
 - Photos: 5
 - Description: We took this home from a tired country estate to cleaner-lined contemporary (per client wishes). A clean finish palette was used to introduce light while retaining a bit of cherry to coordinate with other areas of the home. New trim, cabinetry, tiles and countertops allowed for clean architectural lines for the newly created mud entry and office (once a closet and unused powder bath), living room, bedroom and dining room. Hear what our clients had to say after the remodel was complete: "Rocky an…

 - Location: Minnetonka, MN
 - Photos: 9
 - Description: This en-suite was re-designed for 50-something homeowners who plan to remain in their beloved house long-term and to age gracefully while doing so. The new master bedroom/bathroom pairs timeless finishes with universal, age-in-place design principles such as flush door transitions, blocking for future grab bars, a changing bench (towel storage below), lever handles and dual slide-bar shower heads. Interior and decorative finishes are fresh and clean but grounded in rich earthy colors (honoring t…

 - Location: Golden Valley, MN

 - Location: Plymouth, MN
 - Photos: 14
 - Description: This busy family had outgrown their 90’s kitchen in every sense of the word. The homeowners had developed a passion for cooking since purchasing the house three decades ago and now have five grown kids who return home regularly. With these ideas in mind, we designed a kitchen that focused on increased counter space. The original toy-sized kitchen island was eliminated and the remaining counter space expanded to make room for family gatherings, constant laptop use, and, most importantly, lots of…

 - Description: Tucked within existing unused attic space, a clean-lined master bath/walk-in closet addition, adds function and sophistication to a once cramped upper level bedroom. Bath storage is incorporated throughout with custom built-in linen hutch, a wall of mirrored medicine cabinets, and open shelving below the sink vanity. - Description: This kitchen-dining room addition, with organic elements of natural wood, etched glass, and stainless steel combine for a warm modern aesthetic. An intersecting island - fabricated from Cocoa Cohiba granite and natural butcher block - provide plenty of work space for a family that loves to cook in what was a formerly tight space. **Q: wood cabinets** *(in Photo Questions)*

Could you tell me the source of the light wood cabinets in this photo?

A: Hello and thanks for your question. The cabinets were designed by DiGiacomo Homes and custom built from birch by our cabinet maker. Hope this helps! Best Wishes, Gigi DiGiacomo, DiGiacomo Homes, Inc.

**Q: where is the wall art above the bed from** *(in Photo Questions)*

?

A: Hi Marc,

The mirror was provided by our client and this project was completed several years ago (so likely no longer available). You might try ALLMODERN website for wall mirrors. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Best Wishes,

Gigi

**Q: Just a comment, not a question. Your work is absolutely gorgeous!** *(in Photo Questions)*

We're rebuilding after losing our home in the California fires. While we can't be clients, your work (particularly this home) has inspired many good ideas. Thanks!

A: Hello Maureen,
Many thanks for your kind words. We do put heart and soul into our work, and nice to hear it's noticed. Plans for the home (pictured above) have been purchased by many outside our Minneapolis market. We also have the cabinet plans available, which are essential for documenting the detailing and millwork profiles used throughout. We ask $6K for plans and $2K for cabinet drawings. Bust of luck rebuilding from the fire.

**Q: Those couches look like Room and Board Andre.** *(in Photo Questions)*

May I please ask what fabric choice color etc was used one these
sofas. Outstanding Design. Thank you for your Time

A: Hi Faith, You are correct - the sofas are Andre from Room and Board. Good detective work! The fabric that we used was called "Delamont" in the color "Cloud." It is a microfiber. Unfortunately, these sofas were purcahsed five years ago for our 2013 demonstration home. It looks like the fabric is no longer available according to the Room and Board website. Perhaps you can contact the store and ask for a recommendation that is similar in color to Cloud. Best of luck with your project - Gigi DiGiacomo, DiGiacomo Homes
