As the developer we had an aggressive budget, a tight timeline, and wanted to showcase what affluent Texas Hill Country buyers were looking for in a model home that would serve us for about 2 years. The result is gorgeous and breaks with the dark-leathery-masculine stereotype of ranch-style living. Thousands have toured this home and everyone loves its palette, comfort and total lack of matchy-matchy solutions. Amy has style, taste and is fun to work with.
