> TradeMark GC, LLC was absolutely a pleasure to work with at every level of our kitchen project! From the start, Steve and George were highly organized and helpful in planning the project and choosing high quality materials. We felt we could trust them to lead us through each stage of our project. TradeMark GC, LLC provided individualized support, were professional, respectful and highly knowledgeable. We've had other contractors/builders work with us who were excellent, but no one has matched the quality of TradeMark's work! All work is reasonably priced especially in light of the high quality of their workmanship and all work was completed by Steve and George themselves- thus reflecting their wide range of skills. We will never use another builder as long as Steve and Geirge are available!

> When we purchased our home a few months ago, I described it as my dream house when telling others the news. I did not realize at the time, how much that vision would change in just a few short months. TradeMark remodeled our Kitchen and went above and beyond our imagination. I should have known that we had stumbled onto something special when we were scheduled for an appointment with a professional designer. We did not realize the amount of planning and work that would go into the perfect kitchen for us. My wife and I could not have been happier with the results. I hate to admit this, but I can't wait to show it off.

> Working with Steve is working with a professional who problem solves. He is competent in all details of the construction cycle, as well as wood working. Steve is a real craftsman if you are looking for authentic original high quality work. Always a pleasure to work with.

**Comment from TradeMark GC, LLC:**

> Thank you Traci. Hands down, there is no place to go for cabinetry other than 75 Cabinets. The level of service that Traci brings is above exceptional. The selection and products available through 75Cabinets, under one tiny showroom, is astounding. Truth be told, "really" good things come in small packages. Pay them a visit and ask for Traci. Tell them that Steve from TradeMark sent you!!!

A: Certified Kitchen Design/Certified Bath Design for those of you who are wondering what the credentials mean.

**Q: How does the glass wall work if it's a load bearing wall?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is it one piece of glass or multiple?

A: In construction, especially around staircases, the load is usually transferred to one of the two wall cavities. Meaning, if we look at the staircase as two parallel lines, either the left or the right side of the staircase would be the load. In this case, I would make the assumption that the load is the left side of the staircase, which follows down into the basement. Additionally, the columns act as support for the interior load beam that travels across the ceiling. There is a more technical explanation that I could write, but this is an abbreviated response. I hope it helps.

**Q: size of the wall tile?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: this is an 8" x 12" ceramic tile (spanish origin)

**Q: Is there a stair below?** *(in Photo Questions)*

This is a great idea. I was just wondering if there is a stair going to a lower floor and if so do the drawers obstruct passage (from other side).

A: I would venture to say that there are no steps below this staircase. But, then again, the drawers appear to be shallow in depth. Thus, if the staircase case is wider than 36" (assuming the staircase is very grand in width since we cannot see the full frontal), then the staircase could return below to a lower level. All in all, great use of dead space!

**Q: Bi level home-wall on left side same as this wall- also white with box moulding -what type rail to use?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Oak floors -contractor suggesting black wrought iron spindles with white posts and railing. Would a stain look better than the white paint? Need your expertise. Thank you

A: white paint is more classic and will not become "worn" over time. I would suggest using a neutral pallet color unless your project is following the same color theme throughout the house (i.e. you already have stain present elsewhere).

**Q: Shower arm..** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi, just wondering if you've ever had any issues with rainshower heads being too heavy for that arm length (seems long). I'm cosidering doing something similar but am afraid of it snapping at the elbow joint in the wall. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

A: You should not have an issue. The hardware is made from solid brass, which does not bend or snap. I've installed countless rain shower head units and never had an issue.
