I met Wes and Eric at an Austin Tour of Homes and it immediately became clear to me that they were something more than “just” a design and construction company. Their very friendly and sincere ways immediately makes you very comfortable with them, and the often daunting prospect of building a new home. My wife and I signed a contract with Foursquare Builders to design, plan and build our current home in 2010. From the beginning it became obvious that working directly with the design and build team as one unit, provided immense benefits. We never ran into problems with re-designs or change orders as we were able to address everything in the design meetings. This was a huge benefit. Eric Brown is a great architect with a keen eye for details and Wes always made sure that things stayed on track and on budget. The build itself was overseen by Matt who is by far the best on site construction manager I have ever worked with. Having Matt on site to constantly move things forward, as well as making sure every detail was paid attention to, was key in making the whole experience completely stress free. After the completion of the house, Wes and his team never made you feel “abandoned”. Any question and request for help is only an email or a phone call away. We have now lived in our house for 3 years and we love it. A: We installed an aluminum channel strip into the wall prior to setting marble. A: Technically, the cabinet is sitting on bases.
