When we decided to build a new home this year we knew we wanted them to work with us from day one of planning until the project was complete. We had interviewed 7 designers in person, before we had a chance to have an interview with Audrey due to her busy schedule; 2 min into the interview I told my wife," this is the one, we found our designer". Audrey exceeded our expectations when we had our in person meeting, most designers will give you the generic answer when asked how much would this cost, which is "I have to look into that", Audrey would tell you right there, she knew prices of stones, labor, tile, hardwood, everything you needed to make your dream come true. I would show her a picture of what I wanted and she would tell me everything that was needed for that to happen, would give me options right there on how I could achieve the same look, and save hundreds to thousands of dollars by just changing a few things. I had one designer tell me that we could only meet 3 time during the entire project and if we needed to meet more than that I had to pay 200 dollars per meeting. The first time I met Audrey she told me and my wife "After this, we will be like family, because we will be seeing a lot of each other". That right there sold me. I was really involve during the entire process, and would call Britney, in average 5-10 times a day and every time I called, there was a smile on the other side of the phone. It was a pleasure to work with the entire team of Morrone Interiors, you never feel that is about making money, but its all about making you happy and help you create your dream house and at the same time safe you money. The only downside about working with Morrone Interiors, is that you most likely would end up doing more than you planned for, I started working with Morrone Interiors in Sept, it's been 6 months and i'm still working with them, because they make it seem so easy that me and my wife keep adding more and more. If you want to be blown away with customer service and at the same time create your dream house, don't look anywhere else. Audrey ordered all the hardware for the drapery and the installation (at first not done correctly, but re-adjusted and corrected to perfection in a couple of days). Because of cost, Audrey and I put together the cornice for the kitchen window covering. It turned out a bit uneven, has a 'home-made' look...not professional looking. Also, the measurements for the living room draperies were not done correctly (or the work room sewers made a mistake). > I understood that the fabric would fit directly over the rod and then be pulled back . But when the draperies arrived, there was not a 4" pocket, but a 2" pocket. Therefore, the gals got small clips and rings for the rods and clipped the draperies onto the rings. This look is okay, but we were disappointed with it, after spending a good amount of money on beautiful silk material.
