Neither Krista nor Rodney miss a detail from the planning stages thru completion of the build on their clients homes. I have had the pleasure of providing construction mortgage financing for many of their clients. They provide all I need from them for qualification thru the finalization of our mutual clients new home construction promptly upon request. This was our first time building a home and felt that our experience was very positive. We decided to go with this company for several reasons: 1) We were able to see several houses that they have built and we felt the quality was very good and their pricing was very reasonable and 2) we did not have to hire an architect but was able to use one of their plans. However, they were quite flexible with that plan...we were able to make some adjustments based on our needs. 3) I had conversations with Krista well before we ever met and before we decided to build and she was provided great advise for the process of choosing a lot to build on (we were looking to purchase our own lot in Clintonville). > We are very pleased with our new home! It is perfect for us and I believe the quality is top notch. Krista was very responsive to our questions and concerns (and very patient). We were pleased that we were able to choose everything from which manufacturer company of windows we wanted, what manufacturer of cabinets and style, to bathroom fixtures and lightening. > One negative (which accounts for 4 stars instead of 5): There was an issue with the sewer line and the placement of that line at the bottom of the basement steps. We were not told ahead of time that the line would be placed there. It is something that was not determined until the time the sewer line was dug. The main issue was with the narrow width of the lot and the line could not be placed next to the water line on the other side of the house.. I most love that being a highly detailed person, myself, that they caught any areas that needed to be changed or added to even before I said anything. The projected was completed in line with the time expectations. The flexibility to adjust through the new build process was appreciated and for the most part things went smoothly. Krista was very responsive to our questions and needs and Premier worked with us on some last minute adjustments. The big disappointment we had was with our hardwood floors. Premier did thier part in taking care of the problem but it took about a year after we moved into get the floor right. The original contractors did not allow enough dry time on the floor sealents between coatings allowing the sealant to crack which damaged the floor appearance. Premier worked with the vendor/contractor to correct the problem but it just took time. **★★★★★ — Seth Lilly, Jan. 2014** > From the first moments we began working with Krista and the team at Premier Living Homes, we knew we had made the right choice.
