> I had the most wonderful experience working with Frank Webb and his team. Throughout all the phases of renovating our apartment, they not only came up with fabulous concepts but were also the pinnacle pf professionalism. Frank and his team shared their ideas in a well-organized and visual presentation, which made it easy to make final selections. I addition, they developed a data base for our choices and tracked all the orders and liaised with the contractor. It was seamless and if there was a hiccup they took care of it. Our apartment looks beautiful and I so enjoy living and entertaining in it.

> White Webb offers its customers the a perfect marriage of left brain and right brain. Even if one identifies a talented designer, that creative persona often leaves the client wanting in terms of the important business aspects of a design project, such as precise quotations, attention to detail, managing a budget, professional and frequent communicaitons, etc.
>
> We hired White Webb to deal with a particularly challenging design issue. (We thought that we would have to move in order to accomodate new needs for the space.) We had consulted another architect to see if a creative solution could incorporate some underutilized raw space. The first architect was unable to come up with a solution, and recommended that we move to a new location.
>
> Enter White Webb. When I saw the drawings of what they came up with, I was speechless.
>
> Because of the exceptionally high ceilings in the space involved, White Webb thought to develop a plan that incorporated this space in a loft concept, thereby almost doubling the square footage of our footprint.
>
> This was not only a functional solution, but an incredibly attractive design that made the space even more desirable than it had been before. Their creativity was nothing short of amazing.
>
> Throughout the process, White Webb maintained consistent communications, prepared all of the materials required for building management approvals, etc. White Webb also initiated conference calls with relevant parties, maintained excellent records, and managed the process as world class project managers.
>
> I can not speak highly enough about WhiteWebb when it comes to both creativity AND professionalism.
>
> I highly recommend them to others, and look foward to another design challenge when I can work with them again.

> White Webb decorated our new 4 bedroom apartment on the upper west side. Matt White and Frank Webb proved to be extremely creative and highly intelligent. Time and time again they came up with amazing design solutions. In fact they turned our most problematic room into a very functional and beautiful space. Playing Matt's more classic taste off of Frank's flair for the modern was fun. The eclectic mix of these 2 elements with their tight editing created very unique yet cohesive designs. Dealing with a client such as me who has a fashion design background with strong opinions must have been pretty challenging. But they were very patient and listened to my specific requests and honored my opinions. But when they had strong ideas and felt that they needed to give me a little nudge, they were very assertive and I ended up listening to them and was glad that I did. Shopping with them was always a pleasure. They did their initial research before our showroom/store visits and usually they were right on. When we couldn't find the right pieces they would whip up a sketch and have something custom made. They are true designers in every sense. They finished the project on time and were great with the follow-ups. By my own admission I'm not an easy person to please. But I was totally blown away by their work. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

> We hired White Webb for a refresh of our apartment. They were extremely professional, easy to work with and most importantly their ideas and design concepts that they suggested were just wonderful. We have worked with design "professionals" in the past, but never had anything close to the experience that we had with White Webb.
> We were usually pleasantly "surprised" at how they would come up with ideas that we would not have and most likely could not have come up with on our own, yet felt extremely natural and comfortable to us.
> After twelve years in our apartment, we finally have the home that we have always wanted.

  - Description: For a historic house in Pasadena, California, we breathed new life into the interiors by developing a design that harmoniously blended elements from yesterday and today. On the National Register of Historic Places, the house was completed in 1899 by real estate developer George Stimson and is known as the Stimson-Thum House. Inspired by the English Arts & Crafts style, its straightforward porches and overhanging eaves reflect the simplicity and harmony with nature for which this architectural pe…

  - Description: The Hudson Valley, and Woodstock in particular, have served for more than a century as a place of refuge for creative city dwellers seeking inspiration in the natural beauty of the Catskills. For a family who began their love affair with the area some 25 years ago, we teamed with architect, Barry Price, to expand and modernize their original home with an eye toward environmental sensitivity and an embrace of the setting’s awesome natural beauty. With Passive House design and biophilia as guiding…

  - Description: After years of living in a family home with a monochrome, neutral palette, a couple of empty nesters decided to shift gears for their next chapter. Leaving the ‘burbs and the beige behind, they purchased a new home in NYC and enlisted us to fill their world with color. What better way to embark on a rich, new life than to fill it with jewels? By injecting pops of emerald green and sapphire blue, amethyst and cinnabar, and aquamarine and yellow topaz, we enlivened the spaces while grounding the c…

  - Description: Concrete, steel and glass may strike some as cold, but in the hands of White Webb, it’s anything but. For this weekend home in upstate New York, we emphasized the connection to the outdoors by establishing a foundation of natural materials (linens, leathers, and warm woods), which we layered with verdant greens and other poppy colors from the landscape. Bold, contemporary artwork anchors the rooms while creative contrasts – such as the pairing of a sinuous Kagan sofa with a birch log coffee tabl…

  - Description: For us, there’s nothing more satisfying than to see a home reach its fullest potential. In this case, we were blessed with a duplex apartment with extremely interesting bones, and a client that was eager to let us play archaeologist. In addition to restoring the living room’s highly unusual fireplace and romantic tracery ceiling, we completely reinvented the rest of the home’s layout to improve function and flow. With a swank gentlemen’s club as our design inspiration, we chose deep saturated co…

  - Description: Italy has always been a great inspiration for designers and architects throughout history and this 21st century house continues in that noble tradition. A personal collection of Italian art and antiques suits the spaces perfectly, and in fact the house was built around this collection. A soaring central living room is the heart of the house, which is flanked by a dining room and garden room. While the house is new, it feels old thanks to heavy plaster walls, reclaimed wood floors, time worn anti…

  - Description: Within a former mansion, now an apartment building, this rare apartment had one great room sorely in need of restoration and a series of rooms with zero history or appeal. What to do? Rather than attempt to recreate rooms on a Stanford White scale, we simply added enough detail to the plain rooms to make them feel as if they belonged in the same house as the grand living room. The dining room was given a simple and elegant neoclassic treatment; while the living room was brought back to it’s form…

  - Description: In this historic California penthouse loft, we created an open living plan that encompasses areas for study, eating, sleep and entertaining. Creating a livable setting within such a vast space isn’t as simple as it may appear. Scale is key to the design of any space, but in a soaring, open space like this, a deft hand and a faultless sense of proportion is also required. Although the room is dotted with fabulous antiques, the feeling is entirely fresh and surprising.
