In our first home, we had a serious drainage problem in the backyard which led to swamp like conditions. They put in all sorts of drains and new landscaping to eliminate our problem and it did wonders. They also redesigned the landscaping in the front of the house including a much improved (both visually and structurally) stone retaining wall, bluestone steps up to the front walkway from our driveway, and walkway.
