## Community Q&A

**Q: What is your go-to-white for north facing waterfront properties** *(in Photo Questions)*

We're in the middle of renovating our waterfront property and are planning on painting all our walls, trim and ceilings white, however, we're having a hard time choosing from all the different shades of white. We've been focusing on Chantilly Lace, Simply White, Designer White and Oxford White. The floors will be greyish/brown hickory with a hint of red and yellow. The property is North facing (and a little to the east) 

Since you're portfolio features beautifully renovated and designed properties with white walls we're hoping you could tell us what your go-to white is or what you'd suggest for our property.

A: Hi MAX!! Our go to white is Dunn Edwards DEW-380. It is a true white and perfect for a waterfront property!
