He is one of the best contractors I know and does incredible work. He is dedicated to his clients and goes above and beyond. **★★★★★ — Sklar Studios, Aug. 2017** > There is a unique set of circumstances to navigate a remodel in an urban condominium complex - dealing with the HOA, parking & loading during construction, and making nice with the neighbors just to name a few. Brad Fox is our go-to contractor, especially for our clients who occupy a condominium. He and his team know what all is involved with the the process (even though it changes from building to building), and they maintain high standards for all of the subcontractors they work with. His company is a full of team players - working together through pricing exercises, exploring alternative options when the job site throws us a curve ball we weren't expecting, attention to detail, and keeping a clean job site, and most importantly - a happy client/ home owner. As a designer, I always appreciate when a contractor picks up the phone and calls us for clarifications or questions on how we want to handle something rather than making assumptions - which Brad and his team always did. We could not be more pleased with the results of the jobs we've done with him, and I think our clients would say the same. We'll continue to recommend him for our future projects - especially for our urban, downtown residences. **★★★★★ — embrio design studio, March 2016** > High-rise remodeling is a talent that requires craft, experience & patience which Brad Fox Construction has. When working with Brad, the "learning curve" of working on a high-rise go away; you save time & money by this insight & knowledge. Another bonus is he efficiently & professionally handles HOA submittals which results in smooth approvals. I look forward to working with Brad & team again! **★★★★★ — Ginger Raaka Interiors, Oct. 2015** > As an interior designer, I have worked with Brad on many projects and it's a joy to work with him. He is responsible, reliable, personable, very talented and creative, also very experienced and does exceptional work. I highly recommend him for any new construction or remodel you are wanting to pursue. **★★★★★ — sshmalo, April 2013** > Brad Fox and his company deserve my very best recommendation .Brad and his team are very professional, courteous, neat, dependable, honest and their workmanship is outstanding. > Whenever I have a job that needs to be done in my home ,I call Brad. > I feel confident that the job will be done correctly. > My standards are high, and I know that Brad and his team will make sure that the completed job will be perfect. **★★★★★ — klamshell, April 2013** > Bradford Fox Builders performed renovations on two of my properties - a downtown condominium and a home in Point Loma. Brad Fox is well known for his quality work and personal interest in each and every job he undertakes. Both renovation projects required extensive customized work - electrical, plumbing, kitchen cabinetry, completely new bathrooms and kitchens, etc. The key word here are 'quality' and the results are absolutely beautiful. Brad can be trusted to deliver what he promises. I couldn't be more pleased. ## Selected projects - [Harbor Club condo renovation](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/harbor-club-condo-renovation-pj-vj~1470500) - Location: San Diego, CA - Photos: 5 - [Bathroom Renovation](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bathroom-renovation-pj-vj~206264) - Location: San Diego, CA - Photos: 5 - [Harbor Club 31st Floor](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/harbor-club-31st-floor-pj-vj~2183533) - Location: San Diego, CA - Photos: 4 - [Kitchens](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kitchens-pj-vj~1299916) - Location: San Diego, CA - Photos: 2 - [Downtown Condo renovation](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/downtown-condo-renovation-pj-vj~206269) - Location: San Diego, CA - Photos: 3 - [Bathrooms](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bathrooms-pj-vj~1299935) - Location: San Diego, CA - Photos: 14 - [Park Place 13th floor](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/park-place-13th-floor-pj-vj~2183557) - Location: San Diego, CA - Photos: 7 - [San Diego California Downtown Contemporary Glass Wine Room Custom Wine Cellar](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/san-diego-california-downtown-contemporary-glass-wine-room-custom-wine-cellar-pj-vj~2139192) - Location: San Diego, CA - Photos: 13 - Description: This stunning glass enclosed modern custom wine cellar was designed and installed by Vintage Cellars earlier this year. The Contemporary Custom Wine Room was fitted into an existing fireplace space, turning the visually unappealing sore thumb of the room into a magnificent show stopping centerpiece. This modern luxury condo on the 31st floor in a downtown San Diego high-rise acted as a very interesting project for the custom wine cellar design team at Vintage Cellars.
