**★★★★★ — Robert McKittrick, Nov. 2017**

> Andrew Borgese and his staff at Integrata were wonderful to work with. Their design/build process was thorough, accurate, insightful and meticulously executed. Andrew was a great listener and has the ability to transfer the client’s ideas and dreams into a workable plan. In addition to several major home projects, I have chaired many building committees for businesses and the project that Integrata did for us was the best from the first meeting to the finished job. Highly recommended!!

**Comment from INTEGRATA architecture + construction:**

> Thank you, Bob and Donna.
>
> It was a pleasure working with you to create you new master suite and custom kitchen.
> Your input during the design process was extremely helpful and enabled us to collaborate well together.
>
> Bob, your knowledge and expertise with regard to the plumbing and hardware options moved us quickly through a selection process. Donna, your involvement in the detailed design process and tasteful choice of tile selection inspired the team to design a suite of your dreams.
>
> We are so glad we had an opportunity to prove that design/ build can be a positive, cost effective and rewarding experience.

> In choosing a firm to transform my 1960's beach cottage into a contemporary year round home I looked for an architect that could respect my ideas and a staff that could direct and manage the construction project. INTEGRATA succeeded on both counts. The design was contemporary, attractive and efficient while accomodating my eclectic decorating style including a couple of antique chandeliers. The firm was knowledgable, professional and a pleasure to work with. As a lawyer experienced with construction litigation my expectations included a fear of delays. INTEGRATA finished the project a week ahead of schedule. My award-winning home is stunning and people passing by stop to comment on its attractiveness.

**Comment from INTEGRATA architecture + construction:**

> Dear Paula,
>
> It was truly a joy to work with you on the total renovation of your home.
> Your open mindedness and acceptance of new ideas enabled us to work well together and create a home we are all proud of.
>
> As a lawyer who has been involved with construction litigation, you are more aware than most clients of the construction pitfalls that can plague a project. I am so glad we had an opportunity to prove to you that when a renovation project is well designed and properly managed, the construction phase will be on time and on budget.
>
> Your willingness to push the envelop with regard to environmental design enabled this home to receive a 5 Star+ Home Energy Rating by a certified Home Energy Rater and was recognized by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod as the 2014 Best Remodeling/Restoration/Addition between $250,000 and $500,000.
>
> Thank you again for selecting INTEGRATA as your architect and builder and I wish you many joyful years in your "new" home.

**★★★★★ — Joanne Skidmore Treistman, Nov. 2017**

> Integrata architectue and construction if a higly profession business. They took our project in a timely manner from conception all the way through to completion with constant contact and updates. We had a problem and a solution was proposed.. When more issues arose as we went along they were handled quickly and with great satisfaction. Everything done was documented in a binder and we use the folder of instructions, manuals, etc from time to time to look up model numbers etc. We have never had such great support and high quality service on the Cape. Further suggestions and assistance was given as we decided on insulation and solar panels . We would and probably will call them again soon for another project we have in mind!!

**★★★★★ — Monica Tischler, Nov. 2017**

> I could not have asked for a better experience building a multi-generational house. Andrew and his team listened carefully to everyone involved and came up with a design that works well for 3 generations in our family and should serve us well for many years to come. No detail was too small for them to consider -- we even have an outdoor enclosure that is designed so that our towels don't get wet when we rinse off from the beach! There are no thresholds for those in our family in a wheelchair. The construction process went well and came within budget. Despite severe weather woes during the construction period, they were still finished within a week of the projected time frame. There was communication throughout the whole process. We are extremely satisfied with the team at Integrata. We recommend them highly.

**★★★★★ — Diana Lucivero, Nov. 2017**

> Andrew has consulted on a several high end projects with my clients and provided thoughtful insights and creative ideas. He is also well versed in the local requirements so has been a valuable resource for both myself and clients. Integrata's level of professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge are top notch making this company a pleasure to work with.

**★★★★★ — broadmeadow, Jan. 2014**

> Excellent response to inquiry about remodeling with suggestions for upgrades and renovations. They were respectful of the project and my ideas and thought carefully about my concerns. Their knowledge of local building codes and the permitting process was extremely helpful and gave me a foundation for making decisions about my project. Budget constraints on my part have been the reason I have not moved forward with the work at this time. However, I will move forward with Integrata should my circumstances change. The quality of their work and their expertise in environmental and energy saving issues is cutting edge!

  - Description: Reducing the energy demand for this home was the key to making this house energy independent. The entire building envelope (exterior walls, roof, windows) was designed differently to ensure minimal air infiltration and provide a high resistance to heat transfer. The exterior of the building frame was wrapped with four inches of foil-faced rigid foam insulation as a means of air-sealing the building envelope and increasing thermal value. Windows with high U-values were selected for optimal energy…

## Community Q&A

**Q: Windows** *(in Photo Questions)*

Could you please tell me who makes the windows and what color was used? Thanks so much!

A: Thank you for your question. The windows on this house are 925 Casements by Serious Energy, Inc. (aka Serious Windows) with an Almond finish. They were selected for their superior energy efficiency which at the time most of Serious' competitors were German Window Manufacturers. Unfortunately back in September of 2012 Serious sold out to Alpen High Performance Products. I cannot say for sure if you can get this exact window from Alpen or not, we checked out their website and they do offer an almond casement window but INTEGRATA has never specified windows from Alpen so we would not be able to recommend them at this time. We hope this information helps.

**Q: What color is the stain on the cedar shakes?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thanks for the question, we like the color too. The color is Sherwin-Williams SW3513 Spice Chest http://www.sherwin-williams.com/homeowners/color/find-and-explore-colors/stain-colors/details/SW3513/ over Red Cedar Shingles. The shingles are actually panels from Cedar Valley http://cedar-valley.com/ We hope this helps.
